I've been having a heart rate of 110-130 bpm today without doing anything. This happened a lot in the past, but now it starts to scare me... Are there other people who have the same symptom?

I had that happen for the first time back in 2010. I went way higher than 130, and I panicked and rushed myself to the hospital. They treated it like a heart attack but it wasn't. This went on for a few months, and I couldn't even lie down without my heart starting to race. After much trial and error, I read about Magnesium Taurate and started taking therapeutic doses of that. It took six months before it got manageable, but it still persisted. Then I I saw a specialist and he said that I had mild dysautonomia. He recommended extra salt and fluids, and elevating the head of my bed 4 to 6 inches, and working on mild exercise for my lower extremities. Some days it still goes up but it is nowhere as severe as it was five years ago.

I am not saying that this is what you should do, but am just sharing my experience. I hope you get to the bottom of what is making your heart race. It can be very scary!:)

Don't worry, I'm not panicking. This happend a lot of times before. :) It's just annoying that I can't do anything while this is going on.
I know I'm magnesium deficient. Maybe this is related? I also have candida overgrowth and I'm witnessing die off because of the holidays...

I think it's always wise to consult a physician about odd cardio symptoms even tho many PWME have them. Once treatable and/or dangerous things have been ruled out, symptomatic relief can be sought. For me, that's been a beta blocker which has calmed both my heart and the anxiety-like symptoms that arise as the body works to keep us alive when our heart races.

Best wishes to you - it's scary and unsettling when this happens!

    Nope.
Also: I had fever yesterday. So I thought, maybe it's the flu. But today all symptoms are gone... I guess no one has the flu for half a day.
