Question for Freddd about the fornix, methylation, and healing

Hi @Freddd - sorry to write this as a post and not a message, but I don't think I have message privileges yet. Maybe it will be useful to some other people.

First off you're amazing and brilliant, so thank you for that.

I've been reading a lot of your Quora posts and notice that you've mentioned healing through manipulation of the fornix and methylation. I'm a bit confused on how these things are related and I was wondering if you could explain more.
