    2 part question, actually.

    1) I have been using the test trips for about 3 weeks and successfully bringing my sulphates down from over 1600 regularly to between 200-1600. However, in the mornings I am always very high and by the evening I am almost perfect. My protein intake is very low now so I'm wonder if why it still touches 1600 in the am?

    2) once you get it down and can get to the next part of methylation- then what? Since I have the CBS mutation will my sulphates always shoot up after any protein? Do I have to maintain this diet style forever? Once they are lowered they don't stay low.
