    Hello,
got my Kryptopyrrole + HPL test results today and, lo and behold, they are off the scale:

My doc is on vacation until middle August, so I will speak with him later this month.

Do they look too bad? Do you have any experience with this issue and have you been able to improve by supplementing B6/P5P and Zinc?

My current dosage is 30mg P5P and ~20mg Zinc which don't seem adequate to treat this problem.

It is my understanding that the amount of HPL should help fine tune the supplements' dosage. Should I also take a look at serum levels of B6 and Zinc? Is serum level meaningful in this case?

    Thanks in advance
