This discusses some ideas of interest to ME including a possible method of detecting brain damage (less costly and less intense than MRI [and SPECT and PET]) and a possible therapy to improve cognition when cognitive problems may be related to neurovascular problems.

This is a study protocol for a clinical trial: there are no results at present. We do not know whether the proposed method and treatment are useful. The full text lists conflicting results from earlier studies on both these topics.
