Hi,
Just started the Freddd methylation protocol and things are going pretty well (I wish I had started it years ago but a foggy mind kept me from committing to it!) .
The advice in the summarised guide of Freddd's protocol says to take potassium 30 mins away from methylfolate. Does anyone know if there is any particular reason for this? Is this just so that you can identify which you were low in, or is it an absorption issue?
I'm finding I need both in abundance!
Thanks,
Graham.
