    Dear all,

I'm a 36yo male with the following symptoms and lab/genetic results... I've came up with a supplementation/lifestyle path to follow and would like to have some opinions if you think those are good starting points. I know it's a long way to go but need to start somewhere...

Some questions are at the end of the post...

I am seeing a good ENDO with me but things are going slow and we are on the early phase so I'd like to review this with you lovely people...

    QUESTIONS
    - Add CoQ10? (Methyl-donor)
    - Niacin is too much? (MAO-I or COMT-I?)
    - Is it good to start with a mix of Methyl and Adeno?
    - B12 Hydro: lowers NO?
    - Lutein: MAO-I?
    - Pycnogenol/Citrulline: Good dosage to restore NO/ED? (not libido, but might help)
    - CBS mutations to address first have been disputed in many websites: any thoughts here?
    - Would Citrulline overload the BH4/SOD/NO impaired cycle? (read about Arginine but don't know about Citrulline warnings)
    - Should I really add EPA/DHA? what ratio would you recommend here?
    - Should I add any aminoacid or extra mineral?

    Many thanks!
    Luis
