    Note: I haven't highlighted any of the above text. I thought it was worth reading as is, and noting the terminology used. Anyway, the article gets a 'thumbs up' from me.

    Certainly food for thought. I haven't heard the term Post exertional neuroimmune exhaustion but it does seem a to be a more apt expression than PEM.
