Pharmaceuticals Guides for Doctors

We can take supplements on our own, but what about pharmaceuticals a doctor can prescribe. How can an open minded doctor find out about those? I know of three sources:

1. ME/CFS Canadian Consensus, Carruthers et al.
2. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome: A Treatment Guide, Varrillo and Gellman
3. Betrayal by the Brain, Goldstein

There is not a lot of overlap between these, which means a doctor should buy all three.

Any other recommendations?

The New Jersey CFS association put together a free guide for primary care docs which has been adopted by that state and also Vermont. It's a little old, being from 2002 but might be of help to your docs.
