This paper was written by staff at the Optimum Health Clinic, London. It contains a case study of treatment which is supposed to support their integrative model but in fact it could support almost anything. It also contains an odd four-fold model of personality which as far as I'm aware has no basis in psychological research.

It's rubbish isn't it. I've had some dealings with the Optimum Health Clinic over the years. Even filled in their questionnaire a while back which was full of leading questions to try and justifty their ideas. They keep collecting other people's regimes/theories and adding to their program but the bottom line remains that same - psychological issues and simple fixes should work to cure ME. They also have a blame the patient mentality when their approach doesn't work. It seems like an expensive way to go about things that could be easily learned about through the internet forums (apart from the psych stuff which I find pretty untrue in my case).
