Does anyone know what an optimal RBC zinc level should be? I have low cortisol and am hesitant to supplement zinc (which seems to lower cortisol) unless I know that I am low in it for sure. My result was 1030 (782-1502). I've seen some threads of muscle chatrooms indicating 1400-1500 is best but not sure if that is correct or not. Any ideas? Thanks!
