Wondering.. just saw MD today who was... possibly rightly so... minimizing the fact that all of my predominant bacteria in the GI Effects panel are elevated into 5th quintile. This include lacto and bifodo. He said its all normal GI bacteria and suggested I use Ohira's probiotics to "balance" it all out, which makes no sense to me given I have very high levels of lacto and bifido.. I am wondering if he even looked at that result.

Does anyone know something about Ohira's that I am missing here? There is never time in these appointments for detailed explanation and I am wondering if there is an explanation.
