Lou how kind of you to take the time to outline that super simplified approach. I will print this out and use it as a reference as I start working through the relevant threads.

In other news...I tried sleeping last night in a way that put the least stress on my low back and tailbone, and this mornig didn't get the numbness issue. I showered in the OTHER shower here, and had no issues. So I'll try showering in the original shower tomorrow and see what happens.

I also tried the "repeat your shower movements in a different room" to see what happens, and I didn't get the issue either.

Just glad to have a day without that very disconcerting symptom!
