    We are often told that we should try to exercise to keep our weight down, even by "CFS specialists" like Lucinda Bateman:


    However, an awful lot of people with CFS are not going to be able to do this amount of activity.

    It's just not true that you can control weight with moderate activities 60 min a day. It takes awful lot of intense exercise to burn enough calories even for healthy people. Absolutely no way for a CFS patients to control weight with activities. If you are worried about weight while having CFS, your only option is to stop eating like I have.
