"A systematic review of treatments for chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) paints a bleak picture, highlighting 'research gaps' and 'inconclusive' evidence."

Does anyone have access to this report? It would be interesting to know exactly what has been reviewed and how they've reached the conclusions they have.

This may be the P2P report which is covered in a number of threads here. Alternatively it might be related to the IOM report but this had a different focus.
