    Hi all,

    Just noticed this newly published study and couldn't find it on the forum. Apologies if another thread has been created that I couldn't see.

    Is this why I feel so good when I eat Chicken soup which is chock full of Glutamine?

    I've tried supplementing glutamine directly and can't tolerate it. It puts me in to that excitotoxicity state. Good to know though.
