Hi, I am using a high dose niacin/hexonico against staph/candida/borrelia (study found 1000x increase in immune respondse due to niacin) - wondering what dose is safe icm methylation!

Vitamin B3 RDA is ~20-25mg. 1000x means 20-25 grams. That is a truckload of niacin! :)
Are you really taking that much? If your doc said so, no problem, but I wouldn't dare do that without medical supervision.
