New study on link between EBV & MS

    i think they are investigating heatshockprotein90 (hsp90) inhibitors for EBV, right?

    it is only people who had acute mono who are are greater risk for MS - not those with just EBV exposure, which is almost everyone.

    in india, my mother had never heard of MS...everyone there is exposed to EBV as a baby. perhaps vitamin D from sun plays a role, too.

    Yes I think there must be a link - MS they do not yet fully understand - my Neurologist suspecting in my case, chasing this or that, knowing myelin sheath damage (and in the brain). May this research go on.
