    Just caught up on your blog posts - thanks for sharing all this with us, and being such a pioneer. Your posts got me wondering about how long it was before the responders in the Norwegian trial saw any benefits - i know it was a long time, but can;t recall how long. Also wondering if your doc is following Fluge and Mellas protocol in terms of dosage and number of infusions etc
