New formula for Brand Name Cortef (cortisol)?

Having successfully taken low dose cortisol for sixteen years to balance my energy and endocrine levels, I am now finding that Cortef, the brand name version manufactured by Pfizer, is no longer having the same effect. It seems weaker, possibly time released. Maybe different fillers are being used which make it more ineffective. Possibly they are even using the generic in its place. The generic has that weak, delayed effect for me too.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem and do you have any information or ideas about what is going on or what can be done?
