The PET study (and all the brain research) was the topic that interested me the most at the conference. Obviously I don't know for sure, but I lean toward @Marco's explanation-- I think that neuroinflammation is the end-point. Our microglia are on fire irrespective of the root causes. At the Stanford conference Jarred Younger put up a good slide with a list of microglia inhibitors (including minocycline and naltrexone.)
