Need larger and larger B12 doses

So, I just ordered adb12, metafolin, potassium and some b12. If it can make the shots work again I'll be so so happy.

Ok. I got twiches when I take a lot of B12. Hope metafolin will put an end to that, then.

Hi Ninan, please go carefully with the extra supplements and the potassium, just wacking high doses of these could cause more problems. For me the twitiching is magnesium deficiency.

Thanks for the low carb advice, unfortunately i am a vegetarian which is not compatible with very low carb. And no im not going to start eating meat. For me the fat piles on the pounds.

For me also, twitching is low magnesium. Muscle cramping and/or intense tension(especially neck and head) signals low potassium.
