I have 2 OTC Sleep combinations that contain passion flower and at least one sleep herbal tea that contains it.

Many of us take low to moderate doses of several Rx and/or OTC sleep aids. We also rotate things to avoid dependance, so I take only one of my OTC combos at a time.

With pharmaceuticals, it is a good idea to rotate to avoid dependance. With herbal, some people say they become less effective if used continuously.

Yes lemon balm is a common sleep herb. Catnip is calming in humans. I have had catnip tea.
