Nail discolouration

I not sure this is related to my M. E. But two of my finger nails are yellowing at the tips.
No amount of scrubbing will take it off. Just woundered if anyone else has had this?

Might be nail fungus. If I was you I would go to see a dermatologist (if possible)!
