Wanted help interpreting her results and what supplements might be helpful for her.

She has many food allergies / reactions and possible reactions to various toxins (guessing here).

This one is not as clear cut, the way I look at it, to predict what might be genetically sluggish and helped with supplements.

Methylfolate will probably help with the MTHFR A1298C. That's as far as I can go.

Maybe some Vitamin D? Maybe. B12 or TMG? It's hard to say that those would have a noticeable effect, given her SNPs, but everybody's different.

When I supplemented with methylfolate, my tryptophan levels went way down. I think most people get enough in their diet, but I didn't. I like combining serum amino acid tests with SNPs to

Has she tried quercetin for allergies? doesn't help me, but others find it a miracle
Also may want to look into histamine intolerance, which is also associated with food reactions. Here's the list that has made my life livable. It most likely won't hurt to try.
