I would love to see some studies demonstrating the use of the "right" mineral cocktail to bring an end to what seems like a cascade of deficiencies.
I live out here in Poedunk, and I can tell you that there are no good doctors out here. If you are able to find one who doesn't just roll his/her eyes and hand you a script, the best they can do is send you somewhere else. So if you can afford to drive 100's of miles and can handle the stress of big city traffic you get more appointments. Causes and cures don't seem to fit their medical business model.
