Methyls, mB12 and ADD / ADHD symptoms

Hi All,

Question for those COMTs who may be sensitive to too much methylation, have you ever had issues concentrating or have had ADD / ADHD like symptoms when increasing your mB12 dosage?

I am MTRR A66G ++, so I figured more mB12 the better, at 1mg twice a day, I felt great (Source Naturals), at 5mg once a day (Jarrow) + 800mcg mFolate, I feel perhaps overstimulated, cannot focus too well, a bit aloof. I've these symptoms in the past, like during my teenage years when my diet was crap and had bouts with anxiety.

Also, in terms of methyl group quantities, this may be a silly question but which provides more methylation:
1mg mfolate or 1mg mB12? Is it a 1:1 ratio?

Thanks!
