how to prioritize when have 18 methylation snps homozygous (Mthfr1298c, CBS 699t, Mtrr Mtr DAO FUT2TCN2, VDR etc) and 32 heterozygous in methylation (Comt, PEMT).
Addressing CBS with L ornithine, yucca, molybdenum) and then B complex (Thorne) 5mthf hydroxy B12... Lithium occasional only due to hypothyroid. Energy support with Peak ATP CoQ10,ginseng Rhodelia, joyal jelly, NAD. Serious fatigue with leg aches and chronic long term anemia (eat meat, tons of veggies and occasionally take iron). B12 high (not utilizing?). Am I missing something? GF diet, EBV IGG +, mother has MS and Lymes TIA for ideas

First check that the SNPs actually do something. Just because something is identified as a variant doesn't mean it has any consequence.

Even those that do have effect are usually quite modest. It can be useful to understand how these might contribute to metabolic problems but there's no need to start worrying.
