Hi! I was wondering if anyone had tried Cebria for memory. it contains neuropeptides-12 which may decline with age.
I tried VS Ginko neuro mind and it didn't help my fog. I have bad sleep apnea and fog

I haven't heard of that but I have taken and I know many people here have taken a lot of supplements in that list. Hopefully someone will chime in here to help out
