(Not sure if this should be in the General News or ME/CFS research section, but I found it interesting given the guest editors selected and look forward to seeing what gets published when it comes out next year)

Inflammatory Dysregulation in Neuroimmune Disorders
Call for Papers
Neuroimmune disorders are characterised by inflammatory dysregulation within the nervous system.

The current issue will harvest current opinion and developing research in this field. Specifically, the aim of this special issue is to capture a wide range of papers on cytokine, chemokines, and inflammatory dysregulation affecting body systems, for example, CNS, PNS and autonomic system, gut, cardiovascular, metabolic/hormonal, and immune systems. Inflammatory markers, cytokines, chemokines, and models of neuroimmune dysregulation would be considered to be in scope of this special issue.

If you are researchers/clinicians conducting investigations in this field, publishing your result, and communicating your opinion through Mediators of Inflammation may be an excellent opportunity to announce your valuable work.

The guest editors cordially invite you to contribute original research articles as well as review articles that will elucidate the pathophysiologic mechanisms and potential mediators related with neuroimmune disorders through clinical studies using cell lines, laboratory animals, and human beings.

Potential topics include but are not limited to the following:

  • Cytokines, chemokines, and inflammatory mediators in neuroimmune disorders
  • Pharmacological interventions targeting cytokines, chemokines, and inflammatory mediators in neuroimmune disorders
  • Development of cytokines, chemokines, and inflammatory mediators/biomarkers as potential diagnostic indicators neuroimmune disorders
Authors can submit their manuscripts through the Manuscript Tracking System athttps://mts.hindawi.com/submit/journals/mi/dindi/.
