I didn't have joint pain for the first 22 years, then about 10 years ago it started, so I voted for severe as that's what it's like now. It started mild, went to moderate and then severe.

Oh dear I had none for the first ten years but the last few months hands feet and hips have been intermittently very painful. The worst thing is the trend, which is increasing severity and frequency. I ticked occasional.

I second the "Oh dear". I didn't have any joint pain for the first 27 years, but I am now having knee pain with increasing frequency. I am also having back pain, but I injured it over a year ago and it has been painful ever since, although the current pain is not in the area originally injured.

Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear!
Pain and aches of all qualities and natures here.
Joint pain, muscles pain and neuropathic pain.
There are the more episodic types and then the constant ones.
