I'm hoping to feel up to going out tomorrow for a few errands. I'm going to be wearing my blue ribbon for May 12th. If someone asks me about my ribbon I'd like to have a one sentence answer ready and then hand them a fact sheet. This should reduce brain fog issues as well as preserve my energy (talking takes up time/energy).

Any suggestions on a good ME/CFS handout?

By the way, I hope to avoid any heated arguments in this thread (e.g., name issues, diagnostic criteria, problems with HHS and IOM, etc.) I know that people have different ideas about these issues!

What I'm hoping is in this thread we can just post links to handout suggestions. Perhaps we can post any criticism of these fact sheets in a different thread save this thread for suggestions only? :) Thanks in advance! :)

At any rate, here are two possibilities that I found:

http://iom.edu/~/media/Files/Report Files/2015/MECFS/MECFS_KeyFacts.pdf

http://solvecfs.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/SMCI_MECFS_FactSheet.pdf

Any others?
