A short video from Mayo Clinic, it has been uploaded today. Larazotide Acetate could become a working treatment/drug for Leaky Gut/Celiac Disease. It also reduced fatigue.

According to this study http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25683116 (I grabbed the first one that came up in Google) this drug targets tight junction regulation in intestinal cells, or "leaky gut".

Yes, for me it seems that we are very slowly closing in on promising targets to treat disease. These new drugs will help in a whole variety of conditions and could potentially be useful for CFS.
