how much quercetin do u take when you're at your worst? Of all the things I've tried, quercetin is best, but nothing is really enough

I'm miserable and nothing is working (high doses of zyxal were working somewhat last week, then pollen count went way up)... I've taken 3-4 grams of quercetin today plus vitamin c
