The cheapest one I found has 3000mcg, I will have to crush the pill up and measure smaller amounts. Are there any online that have smaller amounts per pill?

I had a similar problem years ago, and I too have found 3000mcg to be the lowest dosage.
At the time I cut the lozenges in 4ths.

I know there are some B complex formulas with tiny amounts of Adeno-B12, but the single vitamin is usually found in mg dosages.
