    Maybe consider looking into adaptogens like one of the ginsengs, or ... if you google adaptogens you'll find there are a few of them to choose from. And they support the immune system and the adrenals, some are also antiviral, and other good stuff. (sorry, it's been awhile since I was looking this up and I can't remember much of what I read right now.)
