I recently bought a juicer but I cannot tolerate high sugar stuff like apples, carrots, etc. what are the most healthy things to juice? I have lyme, allergies, and autoimmune problems. Sugar feeds the lyme so I can't have much of it.

Greens are often recommended for juicing. Celery is low is sugar. Maybe bell peppers?
