looking for a paper on ME/CFS stress echocardiograms of the heart

I was sure I once read a paper saying resting echocardiograms of the heart were normal, but echos upon standing or some other kind of exertion were abnormal.

I cannot find such a paper. Can anyone direct me?

I think it was an older paper; seems like it was one of those scanned-in pdf's

Gee that sounds really interesting! Anything about that in Cheneys work? It sounds like something he would be on about (from watching his dvds about oxygen and the heart).

I'd be interested in those articles too!
