Lists of tests

Sorry to ask of an earlier thread, but I remember seeing a thread about lists of tests to take to a doctor to get tested. It seemed quite comprehensive, including one member who split the tests based on doctor type.
I was hoping to take them to a doctor (as I have had so many basic tests taken, but am probably missing a lot of others) and try to get tested for as many as I can.
However, I cannot find this thread. If anyone can point me in that direction i would appreciate it.

Thanks,
Lo
