I saw a thread in this section covering definitions and criteria for newly diagnosed but unless I missed it, did not see a list of tests that are good to get. I have gotten the usual lab tests by a rheumatologist in order to exclude other conditions and diagnose CFS and have had some endocrine tests but I often see people mentioning so many other tests that I don't think I've had. My doctor seems pretty open and I think I could go to him with research and tests suggestions and that he'd be open to at least some of them, but I have no idea how to gather this info. I saw on Dr. Myhill's site a list of 47 categories of tests. http://drmyhill.co.uk/wiki/Category:Tests It seems really extensive and I think it would be too much for me to take to my doctor at once. Although I still may if I don't find any other resources. Is there any place where a list of beneficial tests are gathered in one place? ETA: I'm not looking for the basic testing to diagnose CFS but rather for tests that can be used to guide individual treatment as well as find concurrent conditions.
