Today's the day that I was supposed to start low-dose SAM-e. I'm supposed to take about 50mg, but the smallest dosage capsule I could find was 200mg, and they're all enteric-coated, because that makes it easier to be absorbed in your gut -- it gets to where it needs to get before opening up. So trying to split the tablet was a nightmare -- random-sized shards flying all over the place, impossible to be precise about how much I'm taking. So I found this liquid SAM-e online:
