Liquid methylfolate?

Hi guys, wondering if anyone can recommend a liquid form methylfolate?

I'm currently taking methylmateB (which is working great!) but it's a very very low dose, so I'm looking for something that's more the equivalent of solgar but liquid -I seem to do much better in general with liquid form sups.
