Linaclotide, the first effective treatment for Leaky Gut?

Linaclotide looks interesting. There's another drug in clinical trials for Celiac disease called Larazotide that is more likely to be beneficial in treating leaky gut..

I don't know if zonulin-inhibitors like larazotide are better for leaky gut because they treat a Celiac disease specific problem that has implications for other diseases but we will see.
