Load Capacity Scan
Electrocardiogram: no abnormalities.
Heart Rate Variability: no abnormalities.
Moderate to sufficient functional reserve. Moderate pace of recovery. Incomplete recovery. Satisfactory adaptation to stress. Autonomic balance within the norm. Cardiac system is not ready for activities of high volume or intensity.
Spirometry: Normal. FEV1 3.79 l (120%). Lung Age 22 years.

I understand most of it after a lot of googling, but not "functional reserve", "recovery", or "incomplete recovery" in the Load Capacity Scan section. Presumably these are in a cardiac context? Could someone please help explain?
