Just Yogurt

    I've gone through stages when the majority of my food intake has been with homemade kefir or homemade yogurt (made with very good-quality organic whole milk). I think it was really helpful.

    My theory about this is that my body was overloaded with mold toxins, which are very good at killing off bacteria (That is why mold makes toxin to begin with: to kill off competitive molds and bacteria in the environment so that it can grow more freely.)

    So replacing the bacteria that is being killed off by the toxins can be really helpful, I believe.
