ME/CFS: A disease at war with itself
We can all agree that ME/CFS is a nasty disease, particularly in its severe form, but there are abundant nasty diseases in the world. What is unique and particularly confounding about our disease is that so much controversy surrounds it, and not only surrounds it, but invades it too.

Iv saline increases blood volume - temporarily--so you feel better if you have OI.

A tilt table test is the "classic" method of determining autonomic dysfuction. They can test your blood volume but only a few places have the equipment so it is not done that often.

Symptoms give a lot of information here.

I am seeing cardio Doc tomorrow to be testing for autonomic dysfunction. Dr Rey referred me to him. He does the tilt table testing. So I will know more tomorrow.
