I will read the article in a bit, but they have outsourced many functions of centrelink and related agencies already, and amalgamated remaining functions.

going by labors recent motos of privatizing electricity and prices going up as they want to make profits. I cant see anyone buying centre link, there is no profit to be made.
What i have noticed over the years the amount of non govt employment agencies cropping up everywhere. As a kid all i remember was the CES(commonwealth employment service?) was where one went for work or apply for unemployment benefits.
As Alex is saying, i guess more agencies like those in different areas cropping up.
