Another avenue to consider also...
My friend whose husband farms wheat has either a wheat or gluten intolerance. Ingesting a slice of bread results in nausea, bloating, pain and diarrhoea within hours. They have recently learned of a method of growing wheat that does not involve the use of synthetic fertilisers. When my friend eats bread baked from wheat grown in a field that has used this method for several years now she has no intolerance symptoms. I have no doubt they don't use Roundup either, but I don't think that is what has made the difference for her.
