Looking Ahead to Change: Little by Little
I don't make New Year's Resolutions. I don't think I ever really did, but the last decade or two would have been enough to stifle that impulse. I've just been too aware that I don't have that much control over what happens in my life.

If LDN helps - i understand many don't tolerate it - is it a life long treatment, or very long term? When does one decide to come off it if it is helping?

    Many thanks in advance

As someone who has taken it for over a year and a half--and found benefits--I plan to continue taking it until my immune system has very significantly improved through other treatments. It doesn't seem to have risks for long-term use, but I would like to minimize medications so will consider reducing the dose or discontinuing it as I get better.

This is my take on it!
