    Hey everyone
I am going to try and do a water-only fast for four days (if I can) to help my gut issues. I have read mixed information about whether this is safe to do for someone with mito problems. Does anyone know?

I would suggest using Ultra Clear instead - easier on the body and gets you to the same place.
